We had a great stay at the Ibis Madrid Aeropuerto ahead of our flight home. Check-in was quick and my daughter got a small piggy bank as a welcome gift. The room was comfortable and I really liked that the single bed was lower to the ground, appropriate for a toddler. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options, and they were pretty fresh. I'd recommend a stay here especially for its proximity to the Madrid airport!

Great hotel, super close to the airport only 8€ by Uber but can take public transportation as well. Room was clean, comfortable and modern. Pet friendly. Right in front of a small cafe.

ibis Madrid Aeropuerto Barajas - Pet Friendly
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, even when you were late, and I was especially pleased to find that they are very pet-friendly. I travelled with my 13-year-old Chihuahua, and they made us both feel right at home. A big thank you to everyone and a special shout-out to Javier de Lucas for his excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The food was fantastic—so juicy and flavorful. Kudos to the chef for a job well done!

We could not get the tempersture in the room lower than 27° C. We called the lobby desk and we were told by a woman that it was actually against the law to set the temperture lower than 27° in Madrid. This is a lie. We asked for a fan and we denied. Sweat was going down our necks. We measured the temperature with a tool we carried and it was in faxr 27° C or 80° F. We had to place wet towels on top of ourselves. We might as well been homeless. Totally unacceptable!!
