Good clean hotel and had a small gym which we used and the pool which was nice. Poolside service was lacking as the service call buttons where not working so had to go downstairs to the bar to get drinks. Also more than just the 2 complementary water bottles would have been nice for a 4* hotel to provide on a daily baiss. Otherwise really good hotel. Location is not too far from ramlas and about 20mins walk or short cheap taxi ride

Good all-rounder
Room was clean, spacious and well-appointed, but a bit run-down. Service was friendly and helpful. Food was good and affordable. Was great to have a little pool to cool down in. Location convenient.

Great hotel - highly recommend!
Our stay at the hotel was really good! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay: Pros: - Very friendly and accommodating staff, they even upgraded us because it was our honeymoon! - Very clean room, didn’t feel like it was dirty at all. - Room had plenty of space to empty out suitcases and such. - Great location, with a delicious Italian spot right next door (La Bella Napoli), and a supermarket right across to grab water and snacks. - Felt very safe, hotel had great amenities like a gym, spa and an outdoor pool with lots of seating. Cons: - No iron, but we may have been able to get one if we asked specifically. - Drainage in the sink/shower weren’t the best. - Toilet took a couple tries to flush… - Wish the AC blew a little cooler, it definitely was cool but on hot Barcelona days I wish we could have absolutely cranked it.

My trip here was a great way to kick off a solo trip to Barcelona. my only gripe is the lack of efficient A/C during the summer. it worked, but woke up a couple times each night being uncomfortable with how warm it still got in the room regardless of how cold I had the A/C set to but it was overall a great stay over 3 days

This hotel was excellent. The staff were lovely. They were really helpful. Only thing is that AC fan on the room is slow so it takes some time for the room to get good temperature. Also we visited during the summer weather so that might’ve contributed to room taking longer to get cold.
