This apartment will be your home for as long as you want to be in Barcelona (as long as you don't decide to stay forever). The apartment is ideal for three people who want to share the house, but if it is a family, it is a perfect place for up to 5 people.
The apartment is perfectly conditioned and equipped to live for a year in the city.
Located in the area of the city of Justice. Very close to the Fira de Barcelona and Plaza España
The Space:
It is tastefully decorated with quality furniture and absolutely everything is new. The apartment is completely renovated inside, the kitchen is brand new, large and spacious and very equipped, and very sunny.
The living-dining room has an exit to a small terrace with a fantastic table and chairs to spend very pleasant moments, the living-dining room has a part of the dining room with a round glass table surrounded by chairs that form a special place for dinners, breakfasts, and lunches of all guests. The living room has a very comfortable and large sofa and a large TV, and the whole space is decorated with very nice furniture, forming a very harmonious environment.
The apartment is composed of three bedrooms, all perfectly equipped and decorated with new furniture and in all of them, there is a desk.
There are two double rooms with a double bed and one single room with a single bed. In addition, all rooms have large and spacious closets. One of the rooms has access to a small balcony, it is a very sunny room.
The bathroom of the house is located in the distributor of the rooms so that all the rooms are close to each other. The bathroom is renovated, has a small bathtub and enough space to store things and have everything organized.
The apartment has ceiling fans in all rooms and heating throughout the apartment.
The apartment is located in a building with an elevator, there are only two neighbors on each floor. The neighborhood is very lively, and safe, there are stores all around, public transport is very close.
Entry is via electronic lock.
It is an apartment in which you will be very comfortable and you will not lack anything, because it is perfectly conditioned and equipped and the months that you will stay there you will be the same or better than at home.
** As it is an apartment that is rented for months, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will collect 7€/day like a provision of funds before arrival and we will adjust it upon departure with utility bills, the guest will only pay for electricity, water and gas that is consumed.
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.
