Market is just a cross the street. Rooms were spacious and clean. However room cleaning service wasn’t there fully just replacing towels were happening. However overall very satisfied with location.

Great location for touring the city! A few amenities were missing such as towel for drying dishes and drain stopper. A toilet paper holder would be more convenient than the roll on the back of toilet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with taxis, restaurants and suggestions for sightseeing!

I had a wonderful apartment with everything you could possible need during your stay. I was on the Ist floor and could sit on the lounge and look at the thousands of people passing by. Opposite was the market where I shopped for some delicious Spanish specialties. Reception was very welcoming and everything went smoothly Security was excellent and I fealt very safe. I will be returning for another stay soon

Our stay was great except the drain from I’m the shower was really slow. The area was hard for taxi to get and out into because of construction in the front. The apartment was clean.

Excellent service and personal touch
This apartment was our last night before the trip home. The staff took such good care of us, calling taxis, pointing out things to see and do in our remaining hours in the immediate neighborhood. The room was beautiful, comfortable beds, generous sized bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette (though we were eating out). I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay. The excellent customer service was truly the icing on the cake!

Overall very good establishment.
Had a great stay here. Location couldn’t have been better. Apartment was very nice loved the French doors and the balcony - although we couldn’t open out the sofa bed and the room wasn't serviced at all even with clean towels, which is not great considering the price of the rooms. Very nice staff.

Great stay in Barcelona
The apartment had a great location in Barcelona. Central to all main attractions and transportation to other parts of the city. Javier is an excellent host/manager that helped us with any questions we had about touring around the city, recommendations for restaurants and any other great suggestions for our trip. He definitely made us feel welcome. These are not high end apartments but are updated , clean and safe for any type of traveler.

Great location
We only spent one night at this property. It was an incredible location with lots of culture and amenities nearby. The only downside of the state is that when the metro goes by your entire unit does rumble… Having said that you become accustomed to it.

Excellent location right on La Rambla and our apt faced a quite side street. Laundry available for free but we didn't use. Could be better renovated and not with cheap items that would make this even more excellent!

Great boutique hotel. Nice to have an apartment style accommodation. Right across the street from Mercat St Joseph. No parking onsite but there are 2-3 underground parking lots within 5 minute walk. Lots of great shopping in the area.

Very handy property with a wonderfully helpful reception area with assistance by Javier! Room is clean and the studio had everything two guests could need. Some bit of noise from the subway but not disturbing sleep. Our room was in the A side of the bldg.

The apartment was wonderful; welcoming, well presented, quiet - a home from home. The staff were friendly and helpful.
