Beautiful villa inspired by the architecture of Tuscany on a plot of 1,134m2 that you can also enjoy, either during the holidays or renting it for a family or corporate event. The house has been designed and built by Italian architects for their own use and offers a feeling of spaciousness, privacy and absolute well-being.

The villa has a huge garden, an infinity pool with loungers and a chill-out area, an outdoor dining room with a barbecue and panoramic views that reach all of Barcelona, ​​and even an Arab-inspired orchard.

Its imposing columns at the entrance welcome us to the house and once inside, a large interior patio opens up with columns and large windows that offer light to any part of the house. On one side of the large patio we have the living room with its imposing fireplace and on the other the dining room with another fireplace and access to the beautiful, very spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary details to guarantee a stay of maximum comfort. On the same main floor we have a double room with two beds and two full bathrooms. Going up the stately stairs that border the interior patio, we find on the first floor 6 spacious rooms, two of them are master suites with fireplace, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, exit to a large terrace with sea views to the hotel. Sailing and Tibidabo. The other four rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful views and share two bathrooms.

No parties or noise that may be disturbing are allowed.

The loss, damage or incorrect use of the house keys will have a minimum replacement/management cost of €40.

Please note that for check-ins before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. to 22:00p.m , we ask for an additional charge of €40, which is paid directly to our key holders, after 22:00p.m. to consult.

Upon request, we provide beach towels at 6 euros per unit for the entire stay.

Beautiful Property
11 of us - plenty of room and plenty of rooms. We could have a joint dinner in the spacious dining room. Great views from the deck. Ping pong and dart games were fun, however the pool was a bit chilly in late December. The ONLY downside to the property is that the oven was very small and didn't seem to fully heat, making it tough to cook for a large group. Were able to use outside grill to compensate. (Management company said they would look into the oven issue.) Overall, maybe the best property we have ever rented.
