My husband and I were here in Barcelona for the America’s cup. We needed a place for one night before our departure. We chose this hotel because of its convenience to our apartment rental. Unfortunately, we were not informed that our TV service did not work. My husband was hoping to watch races and interviews regarding the America’s cup. We asked to speak to a manager and was only offered an email. We asked for a free breakfast to compensate for no TV service. Unfortunately, no reply from the manager and the staff could not help us. The room was also missing facial tissue. Otherwise, our stay was short but pleasant.

I had an issue with the bathroom upon my arrival but once I made reception aware they sent someone to fix it immediately. Location wasn’t very central but decent n not much to do around the area of the hotel, you will have to step out to get a taxi as Ubers don’t stop in front the hotel.

our room didn’t have AC and WiFi working but they moved us to another room which got these working. TV isn’t working at all the smell in the lobby is something I didn’t like. it smelt like air freshener all the time. Staff was nice For price I think it was but too pricey for the regular rooms.
