The hotel is conveniently located in La Rambla, in the vicinity of many restaurants that offer Catalonia and Italian and other cuisines. However, renovation works were carrying out in different storeys of the hotel including the sala de desayuno (breakfast room) on the ground floor. Therefore, the floor of my room as well as on the ground floor was a bit dirty during my stay. I hope the hotel is aware of this and keeps the premises as clean as possible. Other than that, the staff were very helpful and congenial, which made my stay in the hotel a pleasurable experience. Thank you.

Staff was great. Area was super loud with bars below our window. I guess it’s to be expected in that neighborhood though. Breakfast was not good. Easy to get to the metro and tourist areas and close to the port, so that’s good.

I’ll give it 13 out of Ten Estrellas
Nice very comfortable room! Had a Balcony and Bathtub in the bathroom! But the best of it All was the Staff here! Very very friendly in the Reception! It is located in a small Alley on Carrer Ferran! Easy to find wasn’t even necessary to use Google Maps for me! But I know Barcelona like my own pockets so! You may have to check!

Pleasant hotel in the heart of the city!
The hotel was clean and pleasant. The excellent staff were warm and welcoming and all spoke good English. The lobby area was being renovated, but will be quite beautiful and modern when finished. The hotel is only footsteps from Las Ramblas but very quiet. A basic but tasty breakfast was included, and the hotel provided filtered water, welcome drink, and good value.

Booked it as a sister property to casa pince which is across the street. This property has not undergone any renovations yet. No wifi signal in room, felt like a room you would rent by the hour. Terrible chemical smells from cleaning. Mold all through tub grout. Not staff’s fault, just too old. However, Staff is amazing. After Reno this will be a good property. In the meantime, stay at casa pince.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, something for everyone. Its not very easy for a taxi to get there, but it is in a central area so there is subway close by.

I found the hotel difficult to find. It's off a back street with no clear signage to tell you it's there. The bed was small and a little ruff. However, the staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location.

Location IS everything!
What an amazing location! We were 3 minutes from Las Rambla, and Placa Reial was in our backyard with amazing restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are comfortable ( they are typical Euro rooms), not a lot of space but a place to sleep and head out to enjoy the aitea. William at the front desk is amazing. He helped us with getting arpund on the metro his humour was appreciated coming through the lobby. Would 100% recommend and choose this hotel again.
