Great stay. Central to gothic quarter. Clean room and friendly staff. They upgraded us because of our 5 day long stay. The only thing is it can smell like cigarette smoke from rooms whose occupants do smoke. As a non smoker I wasn’t a fan of that but it wasn’t constant l.

Check in was excellent. Room comfortable. Mini bar could have been a little colder and a little difficult to get enough ice to chill wine but otherwise great location and comfortable room. Most of the staff at the front desk was very helpful. Bathroom beautiful.

A Total Disappointment – This Hotel Should Not Be VIP Access I was extremely disappointed with my stay. This hotel does not meet the standards of a VIP Access property. Here’s why: 1. Lack of Transparency: The hotel failed to disclose prior to booking that it is undergoing renovations. Being woken up by construction noise at 7:30 AM is far from a VIP experience. 2. A jem of a hotel.
We booked late due to travel changes but were not disappointed. Beautifully converted and spotless.Right in the hub of vibrant old town Barcelona.Breakfast was exceptional. All in all a wonderful 2 night stay. Highly recommended.
