We got the room with its own private pool. worth every penny. pricy but location is so close 2 la ramba and the gothic quarters. would def stay back if im ever back in barcelona. staff was extremely helpful. Helped with out bags and got us buckets of ice when needed. The breakfast buffet is american style which was fine since we had spent 2 weeks eating italian food

The location is convenient and accessible. The entrance is uninviting and looks cheap with what looks like an entrance to a garage beside it. The staff are okay but not great. The bed is old and sagging and uncomfortable. The pillows smells bad. I do not recommend this hotel.

The front desk stall were awesome!! They helped me find the US consulate website and printed out all the forms for me to apply for an emergency passport ( I got picked pocket at one of the restaurants in the neighborhood unfortunately and lost my passport). The hotel was very clean and quiet despite being on a major street. Very convenient with Starbucks, Cafes, Supermarket all within 3 mins walk. Will definitely stay there again!

Great stay here. Location was excellent. Right across the street from airport’s shuttle drop off. Nice shopping center across the street as well. Really great stay here. Had a street facing room on the 4th floor and heard no noise. Comfortable bed. Only con is you could hear noises really clear from the hallway on your rooms floor.

Excellent place to stay if you’re in Barcelona and want to experience the main tourist attractions such as the Gaudi houses and the cathedrals. The busiest shopping street is right around the corner, metro is a 5 minute walk, and most major tourist attractions are only 15-20 minutes walks from the hotel. Staff were excellent, very helpful from the moment we got there to the moment we left. And breakfast was delicious as well, large selection and cooked fresh!

Solo stay here, room was a bit smaller than I recall upon booking but staff were extremely friendly and the amenities were good. Used the pool (small but convenient) but had to get towels from the front desk which was a bit of a pain. Location is great, lots of dining options and shops near by.
