Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and well provisioned. There is unfortunately no way to escape the noise of Las Rambas…deep into the night. If you want fresh air (open windows) you must be able to sleep through the roar. It might be worth it to you to be “where the action is” but maybe not…

tHE BREAKAST MENU WAS GOOD tHE hOTEL IS WELL LOCATED, IN FRONT OF THE RAMBLA Many attractions are close by, easy to reach on foot, and the area feels quite safe even at night. For instance, the Teatre del Liceu is just a three- or four-minute walk away, and the Palau de la Música Catalana is about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Taxis are also easy to find. Unfortunately, La Rambla is currently undergoing expansion work, which makes it look a bit messy with debris and dust, but the project will ultimately improve the area for visitors.

This is an extremely old property that has been modernized nicely. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location of this hotel is phenomenal. Walking to many sites. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall a great value.

La Ramblas are under construction, difficult for taxi service to get there. The hotel is lovely, but our room had a window going nowhere, so it was dark and depressing without keeping the lights on all the time. Dispite the construction, the location was perfect, close to many attractions.
