This hotel is 1 or 2 star hotel, very old and dirty with uncomfortable beds. The beds are so hard, I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast is served in a small room with very limited options. There’s construction going on along the whole street right in front of the hotel. I would Not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the included breakfast was great. The staff, especially Alex and Ariel were wonderful.

Most of the front desk staff were nice except an older man during night shift. He was very cocky & unpleasant when we were trying to seek help. He definitely doesn’t believe in customer service. The place is outdated. Location is right across from a bar and ppl were drinking dancing partying all night till 6am morning so we didn’t get much sleep.

The hotel was in a great location. Very walkable area and great for people watching. Lots of shopping options. Unlike other hotels we have stayed at, ice was not complimentary. We were charged 2 euros for a quart size container of ice.

The staff were very helpful,welcoming and personable. The breakfast provided was very good. The construction outside was a bit noisy but didn’t bother us. The hotel had lots of character and we were very comfortable there.

the look and style outside and the staircase - found the room and bathroom less than appealing with the shower head would not stay in place / water pressure was mediocre and the bacony door in the room was out of whack so would not close all the way - ok for the one nught we stayed but i would not remain longer

Just stayed for 9 nights. The staff - they were so friendly and helpful. The even helped me with getting back my lost luggage. Every day I would stop for a chat, and they were super valuable in knowing where to go and what to do.
