The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was clean, good size rooms, the balconies are very big if you get one, the location of the hotel is great and I highly recommend adding on the buffet breakfast as the food was amazing and there was a huge selection.

Good hotel, perfect location
This is a good hotel in the Gothic quarter. The location is excellent, steps away from the Cathedral and the Jaume I metro station. The front desk team is super helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a private patio, which my wife enjoyed to smoke. On the not so good: slight odor in the bathroom. AC did not work. Bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Still, I have no regrets.

The hotel location in the charming gothic quarter gave us the opportunity to explore the narrow medieval streets filled with trendy bars, and Catalan restaurants. Friendly helpful staff and comfortable room but certainly not 4 star standards.

Our stay was great despite a minor A/C malfunction. A little bit of noise due to other inconsiderate guests. We loved the hotel and we would stay again if we ever return to Barcelona.

Amazing
Honestly this hotel was perfect. It places absolutely everything within walkable distance with only a short walk to the beautiful Barcelona cathedral in the beautiful gothic quarter. Hotel was safe, clean, and everyone was so friendly. It does get a tiny bit noisy on the street but it’s not bad at all.
