Due to unfortunate events I had to leave the room before my checkout. When I returned for my belongings my $3000 us dollar gold diamond bracelet was missing. They said I can file a police report however I had a flight back to the USA that didn’t allow time. They stole that bracelet from me. Do not book here.

Perfect location, lovely facilities and staff..the renovations are now complete although rooms are now a bit dark and there are some minor repairs to be done - our glass bathroom door wouldn’t close so reduced the privacy even further. Still a great hotel though lovely roof terrace and everything within walking distance. First class

Staff was incredible! Top notch! Always helpful, smiling and going above the norm. Room was perfect, with upgrade to corner. Housekeeping and turndown service daily. Rooftop deck, pool and bar had a view of Barcelona, great drinks and food. So much within easy walking distance from shopping to food to attractions. If looking for that special stay in Barcelona, choose the Grand! Thank you to the staff that reminded me that excellence in service still exists.
