Beautiful property with friendly staff. Comfortable room with quaint balcony in the heart of everything. We did notice bedding liner had stains. Was pretty gross but we had already spent 3 nights on it so not much we could do at that point. Also, bar in main floor was always closed which i wasnt happy about because it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel but since it was close to many other places we made due. Overall, good visit.

The rooms are very comfortable. Espresso coffee pots in our room and water bottles. Great roof top restaurant with good pizza and cocktails. A very nice pool.

This is a top notch hotel. From the moment you walk in, you're treated as a valued guest. We arrived early and they prioritized getting us into a room as soon as possible and were clear in communicating with us. They remembered our names and greeted us whenever we were in the lobby and not with other guests. Every staff member we encountered was fantastic. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The property was well kept, designed, and clean. Great location in the heart of Barcelona. Five star hotel without a doubt. I will recommend this hotel to friends traveling to Barcelona and will stay there again if I return.

The hotel was beautiful - location was wonderful and walkable- the rooftop was great very nice service and view. Breakfast was vgood and if you have an early morning excursion they will be quick. Housekeeping was perfect - water in room and little treats. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was because of a problem with the hotel ordering a taxi for us at the front desk. We went down to the front desk and order a taxi to go to the museum. We were told that the driver would come into the lobby and call our room number. We waited an while and finally the gentlemen behind the desk asked another group if this was their room number. It was our number, we were instructed the cab was outside. I looked outside and there was a few taxis. I asked the staff which one so he walked us to the taxi - I said big taxi and he said yes. When I got in the taxi the amount was already close to 10e and a 4.50e charge. Taxi driver was quite mad as he questioned where we were going and was too late to get out. Summary we paid over Double for this taxi arranged by the hotel. On the way back it was 7e. We got ripped off realizing this taxi started charging prior to leaving and it was an airport taxi. I went to the front desk and told them and said they would contact the taxi company, doubtful they did that and it was the faulty of the hotel. You would think they would at least get back to us about it or give us a complimentary glass of sangria or something. They did nothng not a 5 star hotel

My wife and I stayed here for the last portion of our honeymoon and it was an average experience with some highs and lows. As far as the lows, the shower door wasn’t sealed properly which caused the bathroom to fully flood the first time my wife showered. We had to pad the doors with towels on subsequent showers, which isn’t something I’ve had to do at any hotel stay in the past regardless of quality. Maintenance did come to inspect it but didn’t wind up doing anything. Based on previous reviews it seems like this a known and/or constantly recurring problem at this hotel. The shower had a noticeably musty smell, which was disappointing. As far as highs, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We showed up to Barcelona without much of a plan and they helped us build a solid itinerary for our two day trip. The views of the Barcelona Cathedral were also incredible! Overall the stay was decent and the value reasonable, but I would look elsewhere in the area if I had to do things over.

Excellent! We loved this location and hotel property. The rooms were comfortable with lots of amenities. The rooftop bar and pool were a perfect place to unwind and get away from the crowds on the street. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. Would love to return to this property.

The H10 Madison is a great hotel. The location was perfect with so much within easy walking distances including places of interest, dinning and shopping. Wonderful staff and lovely roof top terrace makes this a great place to be in Barcelona. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms fantastic. Nice free coffee available in the room. Would stay again.
