Beautiful property with friendly staff. Comfortable room with quaint balcony in the heart of everything. We did notice bedding liner had stains. Was pretty gross but we had already spent 3 nights on it so not much we could do at that point. Also, bar in main floor was always closed which i wasnt happy about because it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel but since it was close to many other places we made due. Overall, good visit.

We had a great stay. It was probably the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel. Everyone at the front desk was nice and helpful; the person who checked me in even remembered my name a couple days later. When we arrived, someone came right out and brought our suitcases in. Then they offered us lemonade. Because we had a longer stay, they left us champagne and cake in our room. The rooftop restaurant is great. One of the waiters, Francisco, is super friendly. The pool is small, but nothing compares to swimming on a roof with the views, including a cathedral right nearby!

Great location- friendly staff- amazing rooftop pool with views of city. We arrived early from a cruise and they got a room ready for us by the time we finished breakfast. The front staff was super in helping with any questions we had.

H10 Madison was the perfect location in the Gothic Quarter for our first trip to Barcelona! The beautiful Barcelona Cathedral is just up the street as well as many other area attractions. The hotel was located on a quiet side street. The hotel had fantastic views from the rooftop!

A great welcome and a complementary glass of lemonade gave it the perfect little touch. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly, very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Even booked a flamenco event for us! The room was clean and had a mini bar. There were 2 bottles of complementary water & coffee pods for the nespresso machine! Beautiful bathroom with slippers and housecoat, and the softness white towels ever! Cute stone balcony…but disappointed because there was no view (only looking straight into another office building. Extremely comfortable bed & pillows. The terrace is beautiful with lots of places to sit as well as a cute pool. There is also a bar that stays open late food and drinks can be ordered). It is on the 8th floor and the view is amazing as we can see both churches. Shopping, food, and taxi are a step away! Perfect location …close to La RAMBLA, the squares and all the cute little narrow streets of the gothic quarter! Loved the hotel!

We loved our stay at H10 Madison! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were incredible and very clean. We loved the rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views.
