The concierge staff were excellent, especially after checkout having taken a taxi to the cruise port when we accidentally left a piece of luggage in the cab. Since I had booked the taxi through the concierge, I called them from the cruise port and they immediately called the taxi company and then called me back to provide an update. The missing luggage was delivered to me at the cruise port. Crisis averted, thank you!

Loved our stay at H10. The front desk staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Lots of food places around and metro is close. We walked almost everywhere and it was good. The rooftop bar and pool had amazing sunrise views. BEST part is that the rooms are sound proof. You really can’t hear anything. Ive had some interesting experiences in hotels and this was a bonus for me. Very happy with our stay, would book again.

The hotel room was small but beautiful and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and the wait staff was amazing!!! The rooftop is small but has a great view of the Barcelona Cathedral and has a heated pool. The staff at the rooftop bar was also great- it was a nice spot for coffee/tea and dessert at night. The hotel is in a wonderful location to walk around. There are many stores and places to see that are within a reasonable walking distance. I would definitely stay there again if/when I return to Barcelona.

This is definitely a 5 star hotel. The staff was pleasant and professional, the room was lovely and it is conveniently located. I highly recommend it! Deborah is great and made our stay very pleasant.

特に屋上のバー(レストラン)は目の前に大聖堂が見え素敵な景色です。 12月でもお昼間は暖かく、お茶をしながら のんびり過ごせました。 歩き疲れたら下手にカフェに入るより ここに戻って来ることをお勧めします。 スタッフの方は皆んな優しかったですし、 食べたスイーツはどれも美味しかったです。 掃除はとても行き届いていましたし、 ウェルカムシャンパンにケーキが届いていたのにも嬉しくなりました。 また再訪したいです！

Very happy at this hotel
Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The sofa turned out as a comfy sofa bed for our adult son. The breakfasts cost a fortune, but I do highly recommend the Eggs Benedict, and you can ask for espresso. It's right in the middle of things, so there was street noise most of the night (we like to have the windows open).

Great Place to Stay in Barcelona
It was a great stay. Wonderful staff. Great location next to the Barcelona Cathedral. Spacious room. As ll things necessary for a great vacation. Just wander out the doors and there are food places and shops galore.

Great stay in the center of Barcelona
The location of the hotel is excellent. Near the Cathedral. Walked by foot everywhere. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was also good with a large shower cabin. Only minus was that the shower drain had a bad smell. We told them at the reception, they said they will check it out, but nothing happened. We kept the shower cabin door close, so the smell did not spread to the bathroom or the room itself. On the roof there is a pool that it open all year long, supposed to be heated to 30 degrees, we tried it while it was about 15 degreed outside and it was coldddd, could not use it. Did not try the breakfast. In overall would visit again. Good value for money.
