Great hotel.

Great stay. Right in the heart of the city close to all the sights. Metro just across the street. Would defo pay extra for a city view. Staff were so helpful, breakfast was amazing. There’s a roof top plunge pool which I would expect to be very handy in the summer. Didn’t use as we were there for New Year. The only negative is the lack of shelving in the shower room and nowhere to stow your suitcases. Would I say here again? Absolutely!!

Its well located and a walk from metro, hotel is a bit old and in lower floors you can hear and feel metro vibrations. No universal plugs in the room. Small as usual European hotels and configuration is a bit odd as there are rooms that actually open to the lobby and any movement there you are sharing space

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel the mix of old and new has been perfectly matched with the historical building and the modern facilities, first class it's location was perfect for us, the staff are so friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our time at H10 Urquinaona Plaza. The property was stunning - an old building that has been beautifully renovated with a modern twist. And the quality of fit out extends into the rooms. Staff were really helpful, including some excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was also excellent, allowing us to walk to key tourist hotspots. The best hotel we’ve been to in a while!

There was an issue with Expedia when we checked in but Carla at Guest Services took care of it and made us feel welcome. She did an amazing job. Over the next few days we met with many staff members and they were all excellent. Would stay again!
