This was our 1st time in Spain and we had a lot of questions.The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable helping us to figure out how to get into Barcelona by train and bus. Any staff we seen were nice and friendly.

The overall Hotel and staff were pleasant. I would look to open the dinning area and include breakfast tor all guest as not to create the closed closterphobic environment that required the check-in every morning for breakfast. Or increase the size of the dinning room significantly. I would look to move the coffee machine away from the food area and have at least two of them. The biggest disappointment was the heavily watered down apple juice. Fix this ASAP.

Reasonable Location/Price, but Noisy Room

We went for a weekend trip being a family of 4. Room was clean, price is reasonable, hotel is located 10 min from a train station with easy access to Barcelona city centre (and part of Zone 1, although being in Zone 2), breakfast was simple but enough, there is also a restaurant nearby (Viena) that you can have dinner at a reasonable price. However, main issue was that there is a night club very close to the hotel, which makes impossible to sleep due to the noise. Since the main purpose of booking this hotel was to have a calm night of sleep after a day out, I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't stay again.
