The staff was fantastic and definitely made it memorable. The hotel itself is also beautiful. The only downside was that it got loud but it’s because it’s in a busy area. Would absolutely stay again!

Friendly. Helpful staff, complimentary bikes were a great bonus. Pool area was nice and gym was sufficient for size of hotel. Same category rooms vary in size, recommend having an inner courtyard one with more of a square shape than a long corridor for more useable floor space. Underground parking was good, although spots were small so harder in a larger vehicle. Comp cheese and wine at 5pm a nice touch. A great stay in a fab location, highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you!

The property is in a good location with plenty of restaurants shops near by. It was clean but could be cleaner and upgraded , painted, better towels, etc The hotel offered a 15 min happy hour with a limit of 1 glass of wine it did include cheese and crackers. The first day it took 10 mins to get a glass. I min late and you were refused. They need to have a I hour happy hour. . Note only taxi can drive up to the door, no Uber tour car etc. Better Communication from front desk.

The property is in a perfect location. The internet was very poor. The shower head kept sliding down. The room was very small. The toilet was tucked in in a small corner that did not allow leg room. We had two twin beds that kept on sliding. Hotels and Air B&b is using variable daily pricing so on the weekends the rate doubles. They offer nice wine tasting every day from 1700 to 1715. Once a week they offer a guided gothic zone walking tour that was very good.

The location was fantastic. The reception staff were very nice and courteous. However the staff who served the food etc require additional training.
