I stayed at the Princess in July 2024 for a few days prior to a cruise. I was exhausted when I arrived. Recognizing my state, check in was quick and the staff covered everything with a recommendation to meet up later with the concierge for tourist recommendations. The view from my room was amazing. The staff is personable and professional.

We had a wonderful time on our 4th visit to the hotel. We love that it is near the beach and has the option to either walk into Barcelona with plenty of beach bars for refreshments on the way or it is a short taxi ride, with taxis available just over the road at all times. Our room was wonderful with a sunny balcony morning to sun down. Can’t fault it here. Hoping to be back next year.

5 minute walk to metro. 10 minute walk to beach. The hotel is really nice and quite, the main lobby is extremely clean. The receptionists also speak English. On the other hand, the roof top sun loungers are always taken, as there is only 8. Our rooms toilet was blocked from before we arrived. We only stayed 3 night, and didn’t spend much in hotel, which didn’t really affect us.

Very nice staff. Quiet safe area. It is located next to Llevant beach which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Not as populated as the gothic area of Barcelona but very clean area. Nightlife is a no. Only restaurants and some are good to eat at some are okay. The pool deck at the hotel could have been nicer. Not a lot of loungers and it was a cramped space. My safe had to be fixed three times and then eventually replaced. The staff was helpful and friendly the whole way. Very clean and nice hotel suitable for a family.

It was a fantastic stay at the Hotel Princess Barcelona, it's very clean and fresh. The staff were helpful and informative. I used to live in Barcelona and it had been a long time since being there I wanted the stay to be the same to not ruin memories and it was still incredible. When I stayed, the gym and sauna was open to use from 7am - 10pm, no additional cost! The sauna aspect was a huge plus as I personally love them and go more than once a day if the option is there. Spa treatments are also on offer too. There's a pool area on the third floor and 23 top floor has a rooftop pool, there's also a dining area on the third floor also. There is a shopping mall a 30 second walk away, so if you forget anything (I brought the wrong adapter) you are easily able to find one in the mall. Mini bar is replenished, wonderful little selection of goodies. You're a short walk from the beach platje de llevant , personally the better beach as it's not as full of tourists. The rooms are so clean, the whole hotel is clean actually. The amount of work that the staff put into running this, shows how hard they work and the effort put in for the customers. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would return.

A nice hotel with helpful staff, close to the metro line to get about. Quite noisy in general but not helped by building works and a huge festival across the road (not the hotels fault).
