Great location in Barcelona with many things in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The roof restaurant has a great view of Casa mila and the Sagrada La familia. Great atmosphere. You are able to hear street noise but never had any trouble with sleeping. The beds were a bit too stiff for my liking and would suggest an upgrade for the hotel mattress comfort. The room we were in the soap tray in the shower was slightly broken and one piece on the shower door handle but nothing prevented anything from working the way it should. The only reason me and husband may not stay again would be how firm the bed was, for a short stay it would be fine but anything three nights or more our backs were sore from not being used to a mattress that firm. Loved the location and had great restaurants all in walking distance.

Beds were terribly uncomfortable since they did not have a king size available when I booked I picked 2 queen size.. what I ended up with was two singles and a sofa sleeper. I thought it was strange that they had pushed two singles together to make a king thinking that might be normal I paid no mind... However upon looking on the flight home I realized the room was not correct.

This is a great hotel; very conveniently located; we were able to walk to many popular spots from there. Very clean, and a decent sized room. The hotel was quite upscale IMO. Nice rooftop & restaurant. Can's say enough about staff, super friendly and helpful.

No extra toilet tissue provided when roll was half gone. Attention to that detail is a priority. No washcloths provided with towels. Bed cover had stains on it but didn’t use it.
