Staff are fantastic, more than happy to help. Location is perfect for a city break as its walking distance to a lot of places and on the tourbus route. Rooms are lovely, roof terrace is very chic too with 2 plunge pools for the hot days. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location by the port. Many of the gothic district museums and food locations are walking distance. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Rooftop bar was a nice place to sit and have lunch/dinner with a beautiful view of the port and city. I will stay here again if I find myself in town.

Excellent overall experience. We had an amazing 7 nights. If we had to change one thing, the comfort of the mattress we had need to be changed room 27. Staff was very attentive and amazing especially Enrico at the front desk is extremely professional and friendly which made our stay that much better. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast options were amazing. Thank you for everything

Lovely hotel in a great location,
Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the port, beach, and many restaurants and bars. It's just a short walk to major attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable, though our room facing the inner courtyard was a bit dark. The breakfast was tasty, the staff were friendly, and the rooftop terrace was a cute spot to unwind. Conveniently, it's only 20-30 minutes by taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and atmosphere.

Great hotel in a good location. I stayed in room 12 on the first floor. Internally facing, room 10, 11, 12 are one level up from the lobby near an open air seating area. You can hear everything from the lobby (guests coming and going and the concierge giving tips). It’s not quiet, but I didn’t mind. The plunge pools on the roof are wonderful. There are 6 chaise lounges near the more private pool. I spent a lot of time there. The drinks from the rooftop bar are wildly overpriced, but if you feel like indulging the option is there. Overall, the location was wonderful and I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see. There are tons of great restaurants 10-20 mins walking from the hotel. I would stay here again.

Our check in with Enrico was quick and he was very helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants in the area and offering assistance anytime we needed. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooftop pool was a welcome break from the heat with a fantastic view. Definitely recommend!
