Some staff were ignorant and others were excellent. Also, you have yo double check if room door is closed. I noticed a lot of the times when i would leave my room the door would bot lock and i had to double check every time because someone can easily come in the room. Also, housekeeping would just randomly come try opening room door..

This was the single worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel and the singular reason was the staff. I was on a flight for an extra day so they told me they were going to charge me a no-show fee since I was late by a day which is already ridiculous because I prepaid for this stay, who cares if i’m late? Instead they canceled my whole reservation and forced me to pay again for my entire stay, double-charged me for that stay and were completely belligerent when I asked them to fix that problem. Hopefully my credit card company will fix the double charges cuz there’s no way in hell they’ll be able or willing to fix it at SB. Truly a miss. Please don’t go here

I enjoyed my second stay here at SB glow, there’s a lot close by and centric to all things Barcelona has to offer. Only thing I would suggest to improve it’s very hot in the halls almost humid and my a/c wasn’t the best in my room. But other than that will be coming back!

The hotel is overpriced. It charges a 4 star superior experience when it is a 3 star at best. Employees are not kind or useful just ok. The rooms are small and the bathroom is "integrated" ie there is no door you may close between the bathroom and the actual room. So zero intimacy when it is most needed. The gym is small, opens late (8am) and must be booked in advance as only two rooms are allowed in at the same time. I was able to use it only once in 7 days of total stay. Location is not particularly good. The pool and terrace only opens in summer so do not be fooled by the pictures.

We booked hotel for 3 nights, first night we were given a room on 5th floor which had mold odour. The receptionist changed it to a twin room when we notified them. Then we got a room on 6th floor for 2nd and 3rd night. Otherwise property is good. You pay extra for parking, and breakfast. There was one front desk agent who charged us extra and wasn’t willing to help. Very rude. Then majority of our stay we were assisted by Laura who is a gem.
