Our room was super hot, staff said they don’t turn on the AC during winter and to open my window for fresh air 😟 our bathtub was dirty and I asked to be clean and still not clean properly. Area didn’t look so nice and not too many options for dinning.

Room was good for 4 star standard. But i have issues with the air con. It keeps givibg out hot air although i adjusted the temperature downwards alry. I know its winter but with the hot air, the whole room becoems too hot. I had to open the window to sleep at night for the cool air and off the air con. Will be great to have an air con for hot and cold air. Other than that, the room was great. Near metro

Una de las opciones para elegir este hotel fue el aire acondicionado. No obstante al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no había aire disponible por la temporada (solo calefacción). No indicaron que abriéramos la ventana. Sin embargo por la ventana entraban el mal olor u el rudo de carros y motoras.
