Very centrally placed hotel with good sized clean en suite rooms. Very easy to get to La Rambla and it's attractions The good breakfast choice was enhanced by the friendly and cheerful staff. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends

This hotel is in a great location for walking or riding to most locations. 5 minutes walk from La Rambla and easy to get around. Taxi's regularly pass the top of the street. We preferred to walk from La Rambla at the top of the street rather than the bottom as that road is busier and felt safer. There is a popular bar on the corner of this road with outdoor seating. Overall we were very happy with the location and the quality of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean with good sized rooms.

We loved the breakfast & free water bottles. Location was good since it was close to Las Ramblas. We stayed in room 302 & I was expecting some view but we had none. Our view was of another window across from us. We didnt stay out late at nite since the area was kinda sketchy. Overall it was cleannand the bed was comfortable. Again we loved the breakfast.

The property is in a good location and accessible to public transportation. However I did not get what I booked with Expedia. I booked 2 rooms and wanted balconies. I got 1 room with a balcony and the other room was 3 flights away and no balcony. It was smaller as well. I asked for rooms together and balconies. Check-in staff stated that the reservation was not booked together and no balcony was requested for the second room. I had booking evidence but they didn't care. They said there would be no rooms available for 2-3 days and to check back. They did nothing to try to accommodate my requests and said it was up to me to keep checking. I do believe that it is their responsibility to reserve a room that I booked and not my responsibility to check back each day. Poor customer service here.

Josep and Sergio were very, very helpful. The woman at reception with the dark curly hair was very curt/aloof. Surpisingly quiet in the room! The hallways on the fourth floor need air conditioning!

Not a great area/ location. Roof top area needs refurbishment, tidying, did like bar area on rooftop , good range of drinks great bar guy.nice to have a pool. Room was fine apart from door stop in bathroom.although a coffee machine provided only had coffee pods on arrival day. Bed comfy room clean. Breakfast was mixed continental. Some reception staff great others not as helpful.

What a great find. Lovely hotel felt safe just off the rambles. Lovely roof top bar with small pool. Perfect location for everything! Breakfast excellent a little busy at times. Very clean. All in all would stay again!

Europe or bust.
Going on a Mediterranean cruise out of Barcelona. Arrived two nights prior to enjoy Barcelona. The Leonardo was a perfect spot for walking everywhere. We had a very comfy bed. The room was very tiny but served our needs. Loved the bar on roof top with pool. Fantastic breakfast with lots of options. Would highly recommend.
