We enter the house through a large entrance dominated by a centenary olive tree, forming a small square that leads to the main entrance of the house. We enter the house through a distributor illuminated by a ceiling window and which leads to a courtesy toilet and the large living room with fireplace, which surprises us with its views of the large infinity pool, located on the same level and the vegetation that can be seen through the large windows. Next, we find a spacious and beautiful kitchen with high-end appliances, also with large windows from which you have direct access to the pool and the garden. Annexed to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with direct access to the rear of the garden.From the kitchen leads to the family room which also has access to the pool area. All the windows in these rooms are hidden within the walls, so in summer the interior and exterior of the house are confused in the same space. We go back to the kitchen and descend to the lower floor by a staircase with glass and wood sides. On this floor, we find a multipurpose room, where you can enjoy a home cinema, billiards, and a bar. This room has a large aquatic window that, similar to aquariums, can be seen inside the pool. From it, you can access the terrace located on the lower level of the plot and where the barbecue integrated into the stone wall is located. On this same floor, there is a toilet.In all these plants the floor is made of high-quality natural parquet. The upper floor is accessed from the main entrance hall and in it we find 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The walls of all the bathrooms are made of micro cement. Of the rooms, 3 are suites with their own bathroom and two of them share a bathroom. The spectacular main room is very spacious and from its large windows with panoramic views, you can access a cozy and sunny terrace with a Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and absolute tranquility throughout the year. On this floor the floor is also made of natural parquet, offering warmth and comfort to the night area. We return to the square at the entrance of the house where you can park (within the same plot) at least 6 cars.The house has home automation in all rooms and terraces.The pool is fully automated saline water. It has an interior and perimeter alarm.

   PARKING   
There is a square at the entrance used as a parking space where at least 6 cars can be parked. This is uncovered.
The access door from the street is automatic.
You can also park for free on the street respecting the garages of the neighbours.
It is a street used only by the residents of the urbanization.
 
   THE GARDEN AND OUTDOOR SPACES   
The entire private garden and the exterior surrounding the house remain within the property. This is completely fenced.
Spaces must be kept clean and green areas must be respected.
 
   THE POOL   
Fully automated saltwater is private and has dimensions of 10x5m.
The rules of use and clothing must be respected, in this area, there are also sunbeds for sunbathing.
 
   ALARM   
The house has an alarm system, however, the house must always be left well closed.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
 
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.

A stunning home with great space and a spectacular view.
The house is beautiful with stone throughout. There is wonderful space for a large family gathering. Refrigerator and cook top are more than adequate. The distance to Barcelona is such that a day trip is quite fun, challenging with an infant though. The manager is lovely and quickly responsive. Small things need attention.. dishwasher not really working, jacuzzi not quite clean, furniture fabric wear and tear, facecloths, hand towels. The pool, while beautiful, does not have a heater so not of use in December.
