Ivanna at front desk was very helpful from the moment I walked in the hotel doors. She’s a prime example of being hospitable. A bright beautiful smile always welling to help me with dining options, transportation, or anything. The Pakistan guy in the food and beverage department was amazing as well. I received 2 bottles of Cava and discounts on food during my stay. Only downfall this property doesn’t have a gym.

Great location
Visiting Barcelona to see our granddaughter studying abroad. Great location for many reasons has we walked 6 miles daily to see so many beautiful places. Hotel was very accommodating and made sure our room would allow a rolling bed and always said “yes” to our request for everything from water to washcloths.

This wasn’t quite the 5 star property I expected but, it was still good! The pros: the staff were friendly, the room was cleaned daily, it’s very conveniently located, and the breakfast was pretty decent. The cons: the rooftop pool is pretty small, the room decor was a bit random, and in general, the hotel lacked the polish of a true 5 star. Very good, not quite great.

5 star all the way wished I could had booked same hotel when I returned from my cruise trip. This hotel should be a 5 star hotel. The staff and front desk is very friendly and professional. The front desk even helped me translate for my cruise itinerary.

Very comfortable hotel, conveniently placed and with mostly attentive staff. Messed up slightly with some special requests I made for my wedding anniversary trip, but all got resolved eventually. Breakfast involved the strangest interpretation of eggs Benedict. A fried English muffin???? Salmon???? And presented as a sort of sandwich?? If I were being hyper critical, this hotel talks 5 star but walks 4 star. Still, I'd stay again.

Good hotel service and helpful staff
The hotel staff is polite and very helpful. Thanks to hotel staff and, especially to Rafael, who helped and assisted me to find solutions while knowing that I was pickpocketed on public transportation. The hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I will choose to stay again when I next visit Barcelona.
