The property was nice but access was horrible. Had to park blocks away and often times roads were closed getting in. Many homeless beggers outside of property too. Inside was nice though.

While this property is located in a very desirable location, the apartment we had was aging especially the piping in the bathroom. We had some difficulty with keeping the water hot; we could never reach anyone from our room and had to walk down to the desk if we needed anyone; the lighting in the secret garden on the paths is atrocious at night and turns off so that it's actually dangerous at night not being able to see the paths well. Perhaps it was just our apartment but I would personally select a different property and not consider this is in the future. It was in a very convenient location but I don't believe that balanced out the negatives. The staff was always helpful.

Very pleased with this hotel…..if you want to be close to all the attractions, this is the hotel for you! We lucked out with the Marze 24 celebration festivities and most of the action was just 2 blocks away! Staff was lovely, helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was perfect to get you started in the morning and reasonably priced. Although I loved the staff and location, the room furnishings and finishes were on the cheap end. The bed was comfortable…but the interior room finishes were not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Still, for the price we paid- it was still well worth it. Other than sleeping in our bed at night, we didn’t spend any additional time in the room. If you want a clean hotel room with a comfortable bed in an ideal location in the Gothic Quarter this is the place for you!
