Sparkling apartment in a great location
This property is just a quick walk away from the Metro, which we found appealing. The apartment is perfectly curated for a comfortable stay. Our host was there to check us in and give us tips for dining and navigating the city. In this complex you will have access to a pharmacy, grocery store and a few restaurants. Beautiful apartment in a great location
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, well equiped and very comfortable. The host met us and gave us lots of tips about travelling around Barcelona. The location was perfect.. metro stop just around the corner, supermarket within a two minute walk along with a chemist, cafe and bar. We also had underground parking for our rental car which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment
You feel welcome walking into this bright cheery apartment. It is great to have a washer and a dryer (almost unheard of in Europe) and secure parking. The metro stop is very close for going downtown. Alejandro is kind and solved a problem in the apartment promptly. We would highly recommend staying here.

Alejandro was fantastic and there to meet us on the day we arrived. This is the cleanest property that we've stayed in. It is a little ways away from the city center, but the metro is incredibly close and very convenient.

Great Location, Wonderful Grocery Store just steps away
The apartment was very appealing to the eye and decorated very very nicely. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for four. It didn't take long to feel very comfortable. The subway just a short walk. Would recommend this apartment completely.

Recommended for a small family break
Apartment was lovely with great self catering facilities. Place is located on the outskirts of the city, and near an awesome park with a maze and a good place to start your exploring. You can reach town centre within 15 minutes of leaving the apartment with the regular metro. Alejandro was really helpful in getting us orientated with the facilities and local area, including the supermarket and cafes.

Perfect place for a family!
We had a great stay for 1 week at Alejandro' apartment in Barcelona. Great location, 2 minutes from L3 Metro, the apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt very much at home here and would definitely recommend to anyone. We hope to come back to Alejandro apartment in future. A FANTASTIC TIME IN BARCELONA
We just returned from an amazing vacation in Barcelona. Alejandro, our host, is outstanding!!!! He provided a lot of helpful tips and information regarding transportation and places to see. He was wonderful to work with from booking to check out, always answering emails quickly and providing access by phone and text as well. His flat is adorable; so neat, clean, and classically decorated. It has absolutely everything you might need. So much better than a hotel; we had a place with the space to rest when we needed it and to eat in when we were too tired to go out. It is truly a home away from home. The apartment complex has multiple parks, a large supermarket, and several little eateries right below you in the courtyard. The Mundet metro stop is a three minute walk to the other side of the complex which gives you access to ANYWHERE you might want to go in Barcelona. No need to ever rent a car as getting around the city from the flat is a breeze! If you are ever heading to Barcelona, I HIGHLY recommend booking Alejandro's flat!

Lovely apartment in convenient location
We spent a wonderful 3 days in Barcelona and this apartment worked out really well for us. The apartment is modern and very clean and in a great location. You need to take the metro to the city center ... but the metro stop is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the metro system is super easy to use. Alejandro was very responsive and answered many questions prior to our stay. He provided a map when we arrived and oriented us to everything we'd need near the apartment ... including nice restaurants close by. We stayed with our 2 adult children and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this apartment very highly for your visit to Barcelona.

As good as (well, actually a little better than) the pictures!
We stayed 9 days and really enjoyed the apartment. A few extra touches have been added: rugs in several spots, a drip coffee maker, and a little bigger TV. Wi-fi was good for our laptop, but neither of our phones could find the signal (no big deal since the laptop connected okay). The place was VERY clean. Large fridge with large freezer. Clothes washer and dryer are on small back porch and easy to use. We did not use the AC unit. The grocery store (Consum) is in adjacent complex - about 3 minute walk - and well-stocked. There is also a BBVA bank with ATM. Cafe and Bakery folk not very friendly (oh well). The Metro (clean and safe to use) was just 5 minute's walk. This is a family neighborhood so you have children, dogs, playing noises and a little "get up to go work in the morning" noises - all in all an excellent place to stay. But there are not any retail shopping streets or many places to eat in the area so you do depend on metro/bus. When we return to Barcelona, we will stay here again. One suggestion: a new skillet for the kitchen. See you again soon, Alejandro! PS - the beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful apartment
At first I was dragged that the apartment was in the suburbs but the metro was practically out the door and a very convenient line. The area was quiet and has a huge grocery store and a few small cafes. When we needed a taxi to the train station there was a hotel a half a block away with taxis waiting. The owner of the apartment is a nice man and was quite helpful when we arrived. I would definitely stay there again.
