It was okay. I struggle to think it’s any more than a 3 star. The entrance is weird - you’ve got to buzz to get in and the reception is on floor 1. The rooms are a bit basic - nothing luxurious.

Staff were exceptional. They were polite, helpful and extremely kind when it came to all my questions and requests. The hotel also offers a water refill station which was great considering my trip was during the hottest month of the year. Would definitely come back!

Staff were lovely, helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was very clean with great amenities and it's in the best location. The only minor issue is the shower pressure not being stronger but this is very minor. I would stay here again.

The 5 star rating was not to other examples on this European stay, so take that with a grain of salt. Staff however were excellent and with highly recommend a terraced room as was excellent at night! Location was super!

We loved staying at sonder the location is unbeatable the staff are super friendly welcoming and kind available and very quick to respond helped us a lot with taxis something happened with the safe and someone came up straight away. Very professional. Bathroom and room very spacious subway station just a few minute walk super connected to restaurants u can nearly walk anywhere from there. Highly recommend would come back again !
