Typical semi-detached and completely renewed courtyard house located in Bardolino, in a quiet suburb called “Località Modena”, about 2 km from the historic center and the lake.
Casa Rossa is divided into two apartments that can be rented together or separately, which share the marble entrance staircase and a comfortable lobby area. The House has got a reserved parking spaces located about 90 meters away, where there is also a quiet playground at our younger guests’ disposal. The appartments have no garden or balcony.

The cozy apartment Casa Rossa 2 is located on the second floor and consists of a romantic living area with exposed beams for a warmer feeling as you enter. Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster and coffee machine, dining table with chairs, double sofa bed, Sat-TV, wifi and air conditioning. Spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and air conditioning, second bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together), small wardrobe and air conditioning. Bathroom with window, shower box and useful hairdryer. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment overlooks the vineyards and the Garda hills offering an enchanting view. Pets not allowed. Non smoking apartment.
