Great stay
All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy in and out and access. All amenities worked. Only con was orange chair needed arms on it, otherwise, it was alright. Daughter says pillows were too soft.

The only complaint i would have is the ac did not cool the room as cool as we like it for sleep. However, it was extremely hot that night. I would definitely stay again. The room was large and comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping.

The AC took awhile to cool the room. It was really really a hot day. Once we were cool it was a wonderful place to stay. Staff is sooo nice.

Weekend Stay in Bardstown
Overall a very good stay. Our room had not been vacuumed and there were cookie or candy crumbs on the floor. There were 2 elevators, but only one was in service, so the wait for an elevator was long. There are 4 floors, so the one car got a lot of use. The staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

We had reservations for three nights at this hotel. When we got into the room, we saw that there were no tissues in the room. We asked the front desk and were informed that they had run out and an order should be in the next day. We asked the next day and the day after that as well. No tissues. The WiFi did not work with exception of the first night. The television works off of this system. Obviously, not in our room. The breakfast was meh at best. Will not stay here again. Definitely not worth the price.

It was nice but there was some issues that needs to be addressed. The faucet in the bathroom barley had water coming out and the water never got hot. In the shower the water was luke warm not warm enough to take a shower. Contacted the front desk and was told she was working on getting someone out to check the issue on no hot water. It wasn't just our room several people had the some issue. The nex morning turned the shower on and the water was barley warm enough for a shower. Went down to eat breakfast and there was no food prepared due to the 1 cook was out sick. We had to leave to find a restaurant to get some breakfast. This was not a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel. Seemed new. Clean and everything in working order...except...lol!..2-gang light switch when you entered the room. One switch controlled the foyer light...the other one acted simply as a disconnect for the foyer light switch and the bathroom light switch. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said that all rooms were like that. Honestly, it took me a bit to figure out what was going on with the switching arrangement. Now before you chalk it up to guest idiocy, I'll mention that I'm a licensed electrician in several states. So mine is a qualified opinion. It was good for a laugh, and didn't diminish my enjoyment of the room or my stay.

Appears the property has a hot water problem, our room never had hot water, didn’t matter what time you showered. I heard other guests mentioning the same thing, so appears it’s an inadequate system.
