L'Ateneo dell’Università di Bari è raggiungibile dalla fermata del treno appulo lucano "Bari Policlinico",a 160 metri dalla Casa di Telen,che porta alla Stazione centrale anche solo per una passeggiata nelle vie dello shopping o nella città vecchia o per le spiagge Pane e pomodoro (libera) o San Francesco (lido a pagamento). All'interno del complesso Viale di Villa De Grecis, con due balconi attrezzati immersi nel verde degli antichi alberi, La Casa di Telen è fornita di: climatizzatori, wifi,zona living con cucina,frigorifero,forno elettrico e forno microonde,piano cottura a gas,lavastoviglie, macchinetta per caffè e moka,bollitore acqua,tv a schermo piatto,divano letto,set da stiro,grande camera matrimoniale con possibilità di lettino tipo da campeggio,camera a due letti,bagno completo di doccia, bidet, asciugacapelli e kit di cortesia monodose per ospite:shampoodoccia, sapone intimo,saponetta,cuffia doccia e pettine.
