DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL- ITS A SCAM
!!!Do not choose this hotel!!! I booked this hotel fore a family-member for a buisniss trip fore two days, and we tried to concact them several times so we could check in, but there was no response. We contacted them on mail, sms, telfonnr fore the hotel and even in the end got the mans privat nr from someone in the area- but he did still not answar. They day we was suppose to check in, we therefore could not check in because the hotell was closed! The day after check in we got a message when its was almost 17.00 about the check in where he said it was our fault, because we had not contaced him..we called, send sms,mail! we said we wanted a refund and this answar was just good luck, and not "we are sorry, you can check in now". Simply DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTELL!i lived in many hotels with low quality and this- but this man simply just dont give us a chance to check in!

Nice hotel, BUT....
This is the place to choose if you want a nice place to stay and like to feel cheated! Although the booking site clearly said “free breakfast, free wi-fi and free parking”, the first thing they said at check in, was that we had to pay extra for the breakfast. Even when we showed them our confirmation where the free breakfast was noted, as well as the booking site, they were stubborn and demanded payment for the breakfast. They just showed us a paper from Hotels.com that said “without breakfast”. Can it really be so, that Hotels.com says one thing to the customers and another thing to the hotels? How can we trust the site then? Our next surprise was when they denied payment by card, even though they said in the ad, that it should be ok. We were told to take the car to a petrol station down the road, to get money there. Their explanation was that the equipment was new and didn’t work yet. But if you read old reviews, you can see that this is an old trick, to avoid card fees. Another woman said that the problem was the poor internet connection in the area. Strange, because the wifi in the room worked fine! It’s a pity, really, that they behave like this, because the place itself was nice and the breakfast was good!

Vi var tre afsted, som skulle dele et værelse. Ok hotel, og ganske fint til prisen. Sød og venlig betjening, som dog kun taler tysk. Morgenmaden var fin - igen, god til prisen. Ikke noget spetakulært, men skal man bare overnatte billigt og med morgenmad, er det et udmærket sted. Ikke langt fra Neumünster outlet.

Hotellet ville ikke acceptere Visa, på trods af at værelset var booket via hotels.com med netop Visa. Da vi ikke kunne finde automat i nærheden, ville vi være nødt til at finde et andet hotel, men så kunne de pludselig godt modtage Visa alligevel!! Virkelig under al kritik! Ellers et udemærket hotel til prisen for en enkelt overnatning. Hårde senge og intet nævneværdigt i mad eller omgivelser.

Godt hotel
Rent, ordentligt og hyggeligt. Imødekommende personale og god morgenmad. Begrænsede muligheder for servering i løbet af dagen, men det bliver der heller ikke lovet. Man skal melde sig til aftensmad i ordentlig tid inden. Fuld tilfredshed. Vi var tre personer på hotellet i én uge.

Gutes Appartement in City-Nähe
Rundum zufriedenstellendes Apartment mit SBahnanschluss. Die Schlussreinigung bei nur einer Übernachtung ohne Ķüchennutzung ist unangemessen teuer. Bei längerem Aufenthalt durchaus empfehlenswert. Eine Preisstaffelung wäre dann aber angebracht nach Dauer des Aufemthaltes.

Goedkoop voor doorreis
Prima doorreis hotel. Jammer dat het een vier persoons (familie) kamer was in plaats van de (geboekte) vijf persoons kamer. Eigenaresse zei dat ze dit al vaker aan Expedia had doorgegeven. Geen oplossing ter plaatse. Daarom maar de drie kinderen in het (grote) twee persoons bed.

Perfekt övernattning
Ett mycket bra hotell för en övernattning utan krav på intilliggande område, finns ingenting att göra eller se i hotellets direkta närhet. Mycket trevlig personal, som slet hårt för att serva alla gästerna. Mycket trevliga familjerum! Ingen ac dock, blev varmt på natten.

Inte nöjda.
Rummet luktade rök, knarrande sängar, personalen trevlig men pratade inte engelska alls. Hotellet accepterade inte någon form av betalkort och den enda närliggande bankomaten tog inte VISA kort. Frukost helt ok.

Nach langer Anreise hatten wir uns auf unser Hotel gefreut - leider zu früh. Zunächst hatte man an der Rezeption keine Ahnung, dass wir anreisen würden (und das trotz zweifacher Buchungsbestätigung durch Expedia im Voraus per E-Mail!). Die Hotelchefin war leider nicht vor Ort, so dass die Angestellte erstmal telefonieren musste. Schließlich wurden wir auf ein noch verfügbares Raucherzimmer gebucht. Zumindest wurde uns zunächst versichert, in den Zimmern werde grundsätzlich nicht geraucht. Doch dazu später mehr. Laut der Angestellten an der Rezeption war die Chefin am Telefon zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits "ziemlich sauer", da man das nun belegte Zimmer ja noch hätte vermieten können! Eine echte Unverschämtheit, dem Gast das Gefühl zu geben, er müsse sich für sein Kommen entschuldigen! Obwohl wir ursprünglich ein Nichtraucher-Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht hatten, fanden wir uns nun in einem Raucher-Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten wieder. Dazu die Angestellte: „ich weiß gar nicht, ob wir Zimmer mit Doppelbetten haben“… Weitere Highlights des Zimmers: Kellerasseln, ein zerbrochenes Fenster, Zigarettenstummel am Fenster!! Unser Bestreben nach Preisminderung wurde dann wie folgt beantwortet: "Das können Sie am Abreisetag mit der Chefin klären, die ist dann auf jeden Fall da". Wie erwartet, war dies nicht der Fall. Ferner sei sie "nicht erreichbar". Bezahlt haben wir den vollen Preis. Von einem Aufenthalt im Hotel zur Buche können wir nur abraten.
