- No Parties: To maintain the tranquility of our property and respect for our neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

- Safety Around Structures and Pond: Please be cautious around outbuildings and the pond area. These are integral parts of our active farm and natural landscape, and they require your careful attention.

- Enjoying Farm Animals from Afar: We invite you to take in the beauty of our animals from a safe and respectful distance. For the wellbeing of both guests and animals, we ask that you do not approach or attempt to interact with them. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all!

- Outdoor Equipment and Shoes: To keep our home clean and comfortable, please remove outdoor equipment and shoes before entering the living spaces. This helps us maintain the interior free from outdoor elements.

- Winter Access: Our scenic, rural location requires a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter months for your safety and comfort on local roads.

- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If your travel plans require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our office in advance to check availability. This service may be available for an additional fee.

- Dog-Friendly: Two dogs are welcome at Winterfound Farm! We ask that you keep your dogs supervised and ensure they are well-behaved throughout your stay. There is an additional $150 pet fee per dog.
