Located high in the mountains, on the Traditional lands of the Gadubanud People of the Eastern Maar Nation, in the middle of the Otway National Park - the hinterland of the Great Ocean Road - between the holiday towns of Forrest and Apollo Bay. "Top of the Otways" is a farm stay hosting 2 separate fully self contained, family and pet friendly accommodations. The perfect place to relax and unwind or to base yourself while exploring the Otways and the Great Ocean Road.
The “Nature Lodge” is a fully self-contained open planned house with 2 loft bedrooms, and 1 downstairs bedroom with open planned living and kitchen, The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you need to create meals during your stay. Full sized fridge and freezer, microwave and gas oven. You have access to your own private covered entertaining area, with BBQ facilities and a firepit that overlooks our farm and the Otway National Park. Of course your four-legged family members are welcome as well. There is a fully fenced off and secure area for your pet surrounding the lodge. Your furry family members are also welcome to stay with you inside.
Set on 32 acres we have sheep, seasonal lambs, goats, chickens as well as pets and plenty of wildlife particularly birds. There are also several nature trails down to our beautiful creek down in the valley.
We are also working on a function space for small gatherings, music and arts.
