We stayed in this hotel for an event. It has a a variety of restaurants nearby. The parking is in front of the hotel. The room was ok but the bed was a little small for a couple. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The price was just right.

The place of the hotel is very good. You can find shopping stores, restaurants, transportation around. For the price is a good hotel. Some small details about the condition of the room were noticed, like the toilet sometimes flushed very slow and the bathroom door had a noice sound.

All the staff did a very good job, from the doorman to the person who cleans the rooms... for 3 stars this is super!!... the mattresses are very hard for me!!!

Pésimo servicio administrativo, falta de seriedad
El día 14 de julio me hospedé por una noche en este hotel. Hice la reservación mediante Hotels.com. Al realizar el check-in me dijeron que debía pagar el valor respectivo de la noche. Eso hice. Cuando llega el momento de hacer el check-out, una persona de la parte administrativa me informa que el valor de la habitación se había cargado dos veces: en la plataforma (en el momento de hacer la reserva) y en el hotel (durante el check-in) y que no me preocupara, que ellos iban a hacer el reembolso. Esta persona me pidió que le enviara datos de mi cuenta de ahorro para hacer el respectivo reembolso. El mismo día, 15 de julio, envié la información via Whatsapp. Ocho días más tarde, el 22 de julio, sin tener respuesta, me comunico con ellos y entonces me piden una certificación bancaria. Les envié la certificación solicitada. El 29 de julio vuelvo a comunicarme con ellos por Whatsapp y no me responden. Luego llamé por teléfono y la chica que estaba en recepción en aquel momento me dice que ellos ya van a hacerme el reembolso en próximos días… Hoy es 10 de agosto y mi reembolso sigue en espera. Tengo todas las pruebas para demostrar el caso. ¿Se puede confiar en este hotel? ¿Acostumbran a jugar con sus clientes? ¿No hay un gerente o administrador serio allí?
