I appreciated the staff being bilingual, made it easy for check in/out, same with restaurant for breakfast. Everything was nice, transportation thru hotel for airport return was convenient. Only minor detail that could be addressed is the mustiness in the halls. I assume that is from lack of air circulation (air condition) in halls. We will stay here again when returning to the area.

This hotel has disappointed so much ! I have stayed here several times and my last experience was awful ! The room was dirty and deteriorated, the bathroom had mold around the edges, it didn’t feel clean. We found a big brown stain in the toilet they moved me to another room and it was worst. I left the property to another hotel the crowne plaza and it was a different experience. I asked for my money back at the Movich did not anything neither Expedia. Don’t book via Expedia they can’t back up their clients. It’s worthless

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Service was exceptionally good. Breakfast options were delicious. This was my first time visiting the hotel and I will definitely book with them when I return to Barranquilla.
