Great Location, beds and pillows are very comfortable, Nice decor, very clean, spacious, quiet, good parking for 2 cars and the kitchen chairs are surprisingly comfortable. It would have been nice to have a coffee table in front of the couch, 2 night tables and a dresser in each bedroom. There is NO Hot tub! It would have been nice to have a phone number for the landlord but maybe that's a VRBO thing. It was a very nice stay here.

Spacious and clean apertment
This property was exactly what we needed for a family wedding in the area. All the beds were super comfortable, it was spacious and quiet, and relatively bright for a basement (being a walk out helps). We had everything we needed but it was a bit cold. The hosts had provided space heaters, slippers, and extra blankets but we still had to sleep in our full pajamas and socks and sweaters. Even if you’re coming in the summer, make sure you pack some warm stuff. There are also night lights in the rooms that are quite bright and can’t be turned off (as far as we could see), so maybe bring a sleep mask if you need perfect darkness. Thanks for a great and easy stay!

Wonderful place in Barrie, Ontario
This was a nice, clean, well laid out place! The treats (chips, juice) was a nice touch. The owners responded to our questions quickly and were very friendly. I highly recommend this rental!
