Was in town for an early morning (ridiculously early) diagnostic exam at RVH. Convenient location- 5 minutes away - allowed for a safe place to launch from instead of driving in the snow in the middle of the night. Thank you !

I was unable to get my refund after ordering my hotel on Expedia. The hotel wouldn't let me stay all because of my Credit card didnt have my namr on it..The hotel assured me that I wasn't being charged for the night and now Expedia is saying it was a non refundable booking , even after they confirmed that the hotel said they didnt charge me for the night and they're still not refunding me for this! It wasn't my fault/choice that the hotel didn't let me stay. I was stranded with no where to go and no money. This needs to be fixed!!

Location was very convenient. Room was clean and spacious. As the room was quite large it would have been nice to have a small sofa or chairs. There is only 1 chair and desk which meant we had to sit on the bed

Parking was plentiful, and check in was efficient. The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious but need a little updating as far as decor, and heater/air conditioner. The walls are thin. You can hear the people in the next room like they are in your room. Might have been the adjoining room I was placed in. The teenagers partied in the hallway, but everyone seemed to shut down and abide by the “quiet hours” at 9 pm. It was very loud and boisterous until then. The mattress was not great; I usually find the beds at my stays super comfortable but not this time. Breakfast was free, however with the travelling sports tournaments and the kids it was a bit crazy at the buffet. I accepted that it was the season for sports tournaments so it didn’t bother me too much. The hotel is close to many amenities and stores, restaurants, etc. It is right by the highway ramps, so really easy to get going.

Staff were rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and down right dense. Asked them to charge $150 on my VISA, and they charged $195 (full stay) on my MC, they then charged my VISA $195 also. When I tried to explain the issue they would raise their voice. Such a horrible experience. They will charge your card your full stay the day of arrival, and then at check in, also ask for a $150 deposit. BE WARNED cause it’s no where on their listing. Horrible horrible staff will NOT be going back.

The check-in was slow even though there were 2 people and 2 computers behind the counter, one person was in training and not only appeared useless but also a waste of space. The person that checked me in talked quickly and very disrespectful and even suggested I lied during the checkin which I replied and said check the video. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Due to me having very important business to conduct in the area for the entire week I had no other choice than to patiently get through that process so I could settle in the room to prepare for the week

The rooms were clean and roomy. However there was very little hot water in the shower in the morning. The breakfast also ran out of ketchup both mornings we were there. When we asked for extra towels and blankets they were promptly brought to our room with a sufficient amount.
