phone in room did not work. Could not even get a dial tone. Tv did not work. Had to get staff to come to my room and they had to connect some wires that were disconnected and then had to reset the tv. There was also a used towel hanging up on the bathroom door when we arrived! This place gave off a dirty feel.

This is a an old property that’s been patched up badly. The mattress ruined my back. The bathtub was stained, and the toilet seat was nasty.

We needed a last minute reservation for a 1 night stay while traveling through amarillo but didnt want to pay a lot. I read the reviews for this hotel and it had wonderful reviews. I couldnt believe how great it was for the low price! bed slept great, very clean and very freindly staff

The property was well maintained. The room was clean. There was a vehicle whose burglar alarm sounded off multiple times after midnight. Not sure why? The breakfast served was good and had several options.

The young lady at the registration desk was excellent. She was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. She gave excellent instructions for accessing my room. The only issue I had is that the property does not have an elevator, which I did not know in advance and my assigned room was on the second floor. I was told that all the rooms that were like what I reserved were on the second floor. This was somewhat of a problem for a senior citizen needing to carry several items of luggage upstairs.

Great staff!
Place was just as advertised and suited us for a 1 night stay. Room was clean, had nice amenities and air conditioner stayed comfortable thruout night. The check in receptionist was very friendly and personable which started the experience off perfectly.

Called to inform the staff that we would be arriving late. Once we arrived, no one was at the front desk & we were unable to check in for 20 minutes because REDACTED wasn’t at the front desk. When we were finally able to get ahold of someone to check in, she was clearly annoyed we were there. During check in, REDACTED was unacceptably unfriendly. My husband tried to lighten the mood and tried talking and joking with her, she was clearly uninterested and grunted for his ID & card. When he asked how much the deposit was, she rudely said “whatever you paid for your room”. Gave him the room keys with no direction to an elevator or stairs. Which btw, there is no elevator. We had just driven over 20 hours and the last thing we needed was attitude at the hotel we paid for while trying to check in. She also informed us that we needed to park in the fire lane, instead of taking a couple spots up since we were in a box truck. We opted not to park illegally in the fire lane.

Decent no frills hotel.
Decent no frills hotel. Not the most comfortable bed and hidious paint colors, but it was a place to sleep and we weren't worried about whether or not we were gonna hear gunshots, so it was overall ok.
