This place is Amazing. Is worth the money. Things are expensive but the quality is another level. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in, they make you fell like a king right at home. DEFINITELY WORTH IT. DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

Fantastic property with incredible attention to detail. Excellent gym and restaurant facilities and right on the beach. Breathtaking views. We'll be back here. This place is a gem.

It was my second visit, based in a good experience of the first. In general hotel has lost most of its "charm". Poor beach service. Pool open to late in the morning. Swarm of flies arounD the pool and eating areas remain a major disconfort Hotel equipment and furniture being deterioraded. Many other charming itens were missed. No further visit unless it be realy improved

A hidden gem in Ceará
The hotel is great. Perfect to relax. Very exclusive, just a few guests even during high season. Food is good, pool and amenities are great, view is amazing.

Solo Trip for the Beach
The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. There is a very nice pool and a large area on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included many local and national dishes. The restaurant for lunch and dinner had very good food and a large variety of dishes. One thing I would change would be include the option to have the stay be all inclusive for an extra cost per night / per person. Also, the area outside of the hotel is not a great neighborhood nor a big city, but hotel grounds are completely enclosed so it is safe. Overall extremely happy with my stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple.

I really enjoyed my stay at Carmel Charme. The staff were really friendly, and very helpful. The location is beautiful, with an amazing beach. The food was good and service (despite other reviews) was excellent. The hotel is quite a distance from Fortaleza so car hire is essential. Overall the most relaxing break I've had in ages.

Fantastic hotel, great and hard working staff. The restaurant was also great: good wine selection, great appetizers and main courses. The lobster on the Saturday's buffet was a treat.

Fui para o Carmel Charme com expectativas elevadas e o hotel conseguiu superá-las. Incrível, realmente um hotel nota 10, impecável. Do conforto do quarto às área comuns, o atendimento dos funcionários (destaque para a Mariana), os ambientes impecáveis... o café da manhã é sensacional! Os eventos no fim do dia (cinema ao ar livre, luau, sunset party), tudo é cuidadosamente escolhido e bem feito! Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei no Brasil.

Atendimento excelente, instalações muito bem conservadas e bonitas Café da manhã perfeito e o jantar no restaurante do hotel (que não está incluído) é muito bom - variedade de pratos. Exclusivo, praia boa e com excelente atendimento
Atendimento muito bom, a recepção nos surpreendeu com drinks, água de coco e guloseimas para as crianças. Pontos Positivos: - Quartos com tamanhos bons, cuidado e atenção com nossos filhos (fizeram camas com tendas de índios para eles); - Praia excelente para tomar banho em família e piscinas aquecidas no hotel; - Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tivemos em hotéis, grande variedade de opções e inclusive comidinhas feitas na hora dentro de um cardápio bem vasto. Pontos Negativos: - Preço das refeições (almoço e jantar) não condiz com o preço cobrado, muito caro para o que entregam (comparando com nossa viagem anterior a 3 anos); - Preços elevados de bebidas e drinks; - Hotel precisa de umas reformas (estava chovendo e existem muitas goteiras por todo o hotel, por exemplo). Mas no geral o hotel com nota 9 de 10 na opinião da nossa família.
