Welcome to this beautiful house with magnificent mountain views, situated in Barx. It accommodates 6 people.
The exterior area is beautiful. It features a furnished terrace, a chlorine swimming pool of 8 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 m, a fully equipped porch, barbecue, fruit trees and beautiful views of nature.

The house of 90 m2 is distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and two with two single beds. One bedroom comes with a shower bath en-suite and there's a second bathroom with a bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The living room is very cozy. It offers one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, an air conditioning and a fireplace. The dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the kitchen with gas stove, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

This property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, in a quiet surroundings and only 17 km from the beach of Gandia.

Located between the mountains of Buixarró and Mondúver, we can find a perfect places for speleology, cycling, hiking, etc. We recommend you to visit " La Nevera" (the refrigerator), the construction of the mid eighteenth century, used to store the snow; the houses of "La Drova" with its "Basses", "Parpalló caves" or the "Malladetes".

"La Ruta dels Monestirs" (the route of the monasteries) is a cultural tourist itinerary which runs through the central regions of Valencia, joining five former convents or monasteries, the Ducal Palace in Gandia.

Buen chalet, alejado de vecinos, pero también de la playa
El chalet está muy bien, sin vecinos, y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas de alrededor. La piscina es suficientemente grande, con hamacas y sombrillas, y hay un patio trasero grande y bonito. Los propietarios son amables y respondían a las cosas. Dejaron una paellera, con su quemador y bombona. El único problema, por llamarlo de alguna forma, fue que la electricidad se paga, y al segundo día, vimos que del garage salía un cable que estaba conectado al enchufe del garage, y al seguirlo, proporcionaba electricidad a una finca colindante para unas obras de reforma. Al comentarlo con los propietarios, nos dijeron que si, que eran familia, pero que no nos preocupásemos, que nos arreglaríamos para el tema de la electricidad. Al final nos cobraron 16 euros por la electricidad de la semana. No me parece bien que, cobrando la electricidad aparte, "omitan" el hecho de que hay unas obras conectadas a la electricidad de la casa.
