To be honest, I was far from impressed, the room was filthy, the dust was so thick, broken window latches and some missing, mould in bathroom in/out of shower and round tap fittings, towels were dirty. I took photos due to how disgusted I was. Room was partly refreshed when we went out, tea and coffee was not replenished nor were the cups cleaned (this has always been done in previous stays at other apartments) 2/4 towels were replaced. TV apps eg. Netflix was in Korean and staff were unable to fix this during our stay, they did give us a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice gesture due to them being unable to fix. The whole place is run down and needs a good makeover and some serious maintenance. Definitely not the 4 star it promotes itself to be and the cost was far more than what I should’ve paid. Had I known about the 30 mins window to let someone know about the state of our room I would’ve been down there quick smart to have these rectified. I will not be back, I really do hope Rydges take some action I have seen previous reviews similar to mine with comments that action will be taken it seems these comments have gone unheard and unactioned. Don’t waste your $$ not worth it.
