This cabin can accommodate 14 guests, with 3 private bedrooms, 3 baths, and two loft sleeping areas. It is the perfect location for a whole family trip or a vacation with friends.

Whether you choose to stay in the winter or summer months, this getaway cabin has so much to offer guests looking for a priceless lakefront vacation experience.

The living room is fit to entertain guests with cable TV and a free-standing wood fireplace.

A trip to the lake wouldn’t be complete without your own private dock. The dock is located in a private cove away from noise and waves from boat traffic. In addition to exclusive dockside access, your water activities will include 3 kayaks and a horseshoe pit. The dock accommodates two boats and two jet skis if you chose to bring watercraft! If swimming isn’t your thing, 2 separate decks offer the perfect setting for sunbathing, relaxing, and taking in the stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Getting hungry? Enjoy watching the sunset while cooking a homestyle meal on the large propane grill.

Depending on winter rainfall, the lake will be full from late-April into September. After Labor Day, the water levels decline and we can not guarantee that the water will be up to the dock.

This cabin also has plenty of parking for family and guest. That's normally a problem up at Bass Lake. But we can fit easily 8 cars.

Birthday/Mother’s Day stay
This was our second time staying at this beautiful lakefront home and definitely not our last. This home is very spacious, right on the lake and located right next to the local super markets and marinas. You can’t go wrong staying here. Tammy always is amazing and super easy to communicate with. Over all we loved our stay both times. If you’re considering staying here, do it!

Beautiful Property
This is an older house, but the kitchen is very well stocked and the property itself is great. It is a walk down to the lake, but the path is well maintained. There are also many steps to the house and inside the house. The outside areas are amazing, great seating and umbrellas. We loved taking the kayaks out and the little cove that it is in is great.

Great Stay
Just a wonderful spot on the lake. Walk up is little hard for an older person. Walkway is well lit and easy for most guests. Kyaks, water toys and dock are as good as it gets. Will stay again. Thank you for a perfect vacation Tammy.

New Year’s weekend 2023
This was a wet New Year. This family cabin was perfect for games around the table and relaxation in the living room. Tons of sleeping areas!!! Once the rain lifted it was nice to explore the exterior and down by the lake. Water was low in the lake, but rose quickly with all the rain. Has a ways to go to reach the dock. Hopefully by summer! Overall, great way to ring in the new year!

Leave nothing for the cleaners!
Before leaving, we tidied up the cabin swept the floors, washed dishes and took out all the garbage. Hours after check out the property manager reached out to me demanding an additional $50 for cleaning with accusations of the property being very dirty. None of the accusations were substantiated with pictures apart from some of the trash not being bagged (the items were cardboard boxes). We are charged a cleaning fee upon booking. It is ridiculous to expect your guests to give you an additional payment because the company you hire to clean apparently expects the job to be completely done for them before they arrive. I payed the fee as a courtesy but in hindsight, I shouldn’t have. If you still choose to rent this property, I suggest you take pictures or videos of the condition before leaving in case they try to squeeze more money out of you after checking out.

Bass Lake Cabin
We have stayed at this cabin the last 2 years. It has a very nice kitchen and bedrooms for our family. The walk down to the boat dock is a little ways but well worth it! It is in a cove so you won't get the rough water in the afternoons. Very well taken care of property.

Wonderful family vacation!
My family and I have rented this home a few times and have always enjoyed our stay! The home is close to the lake, which affords us long hours of water activity. The kitchen is well equipped for us to cook gourmet meals which our family enjoy. We hope to come here again next summer!

Family Vacation
Amazing family vacation, 5 adults, 2 under 5 years old, 7 grandkids from 10 to 20 years old and they never got bored. Spent most of their time in the water swimming, kayaking and the weather was perfect. Cabin was big enough for all of us.. Great memories were definitely made. We will all remember this trip to Bass Lake forever. Can't wait to do it again!!

Lovely cabin home
Wonderful cozy home. The kids had a memorable time playing in the snow with lots of room to roam. They will surely remember their 1st snow experience. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all of our meals. The big table was perfect for family meals, games and discussions every evening. The view of the lake and surrounding woods sets a relaxing tone. Parking was easy and accommodating for multiple cars. We will definitely return to this property in future years. Tammy is a great host and responsive.

Great location and amenities on the lake
We had three couples and four teens for a family Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner with no problem. The kitchen table seated 10. There are three private bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of room for luggage etc.. The loft area slept the four teenagers easily. There are also three full bathrooms. We did not use the upper loft area that had two more beds. The family room was tight for 10 of us, but it worked. It would be really tight for any more guests if everyone wanted to be in the family room together. The cabin is a bit worn down and the decor is outdated, but the location is great and Tammy was very communicative and easy to deal with. We drove to Yosemite, which was about an hour and a half to Curry Village and the main attractions. There is a small town about 5 miles away if you need groceries or gas. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

2nd trip and still a pleasure
This was our 2nd stay at this property for the past 2 years and it’s hard to beat. Even though it was a low water year due to the drought we had a wonderful time and just hooked the boat we rented up right next to the dock on one of the conveniently placed buoys. (Recommend bringing water shoes during low water times) The privacy of the cove that the dock is located on really makes the lake shine. Highly recommend bringing as many floaties as possible to relax in the water. To date this is one of the best bang for buck properties you can find in bass lake as long as you are willing to live without some of the niceties of a more hotel like stay. (Bringing your own TP/Sheets etc) Any minor issues were immediately addressed by contacting the homeowner. A/C was down when we arrived, just needed to flip the breaker. It was a particularly hot day when we arrived. High of 98! If you are looking for a place to spend time with a large group of people with a private dock as a priority, we highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay
Loved staying on the water. Low water level gave us more beach. Decks and views terrific. Lighting to lake at nite beautiful. Adult cousins had a great time while two bedrooms on east side gave us (the parents) quiet. 2nd refrigerator was a god send for this large group. More pots and pans then you could ever need.

We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle board that was available for us to use. The lake was just a short walk away. Ample room in the kitchen for all of us to enjoy meals together. The fact we had two refrigerators for our use was very useful. We had a terrific week!

Fantastic cabin and property
We enjoyed a long weekend at Bass lake. We have rented a place at Shaver for the past 8 years but really wanted a location where we could dock our boat. This was the perfect place! The cove was protected and safe to swim, paddle board and kayak. Tammy was such a gracious host; we originally planned to stay for a week, but needed to cut out trip short due to poor health of a family member. Although the cancellation window was far past, she refunded the time we couldn’t stay. We highly recommend this vacation home and will plan to stay again next year!!
