This beautiful independent vacation home with garden for outdoor dining is located in the beautiful hills of a typical village of Monferrato, 9 km from Valenza and 31 km from Casale Monferrato. The area is ideal for discovering the history and natural beauty of the rolling hills of Monferrato, where you can walk through vineyards, stroll through markets, taste wines and dishes with truffles, hiking, horseback riding, visit castles and towers. Near the cottage there are many farms where you can taste and buy local products. The location is also convenient to reach the Langhe - Roero region with its important white truffle fairs and wines. In the surrounding area you can visit "Moncalvo", the smallest town in Italy, which hosts the white truffle fair in autumn, Vignale M. known for the international dance festival. In nearby Casale M.to culture and art lovers can visit the synagogue, the Cathedral of Sant 'Evasio, the Civic Museum with paintings by Pietro Francesco Guala. Sports lovers can go horseback riding, mountain biking or parachuting and take flying lessons at the airport in San Germano (33 km), play golf in Fubine (33 km). About 2 km away there is a sports center with two outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, volleyball court, children's playground and babysitting service. Functionnal and well renovated, but small
Everything has been made very functional in this small village house. The kitchen, in particular, and the living room are small, especially for a family of 4 (like us). Thanks to the very nice weather, we mostly lived outside in the beautiful backyard (but beware of moskitoes). Located in a small and tranquil village with limited services, many barking dogs from neighbohrs around (and friendky cats). The host Martine was very nice and attentive.
