f2 spacious 75m2 modern well located in bastelicaccia, 10 minutes from Ajaccio and the beaches of porticcio and 5 minutes from the airport, close to shops (spar pharmacy bar, pizzeria, restaurant, doctor etc), in quiet fenced private residence , mountain and maquis view.
the apartment consists of an American kitchen of quality fully equipped, a cellar, a living room of 30m2 with sofa bed, a bedroom of 12 m2 with new 160 bedding, a large bathroom with shower Italian, and an independent dressing room of 5m2.
the outdoor space consists of a paved stone terrace with its wooden pergolate. everything is there to spend a pleasant moment: garden furniture, outdoor table, barbecue.

Location conforme à l'annonce. Bien située entre Ajaccio et Porticcio. Proche des plages et de la montagne. Decorée avec goût, spacieuse et fonctionnelle, la location ne manque de rien. La terrasse ombragée a été très appréciée. Accueil charmant des propriétaires.
