Our first night was absolutely horrible. We were in a room with an a/c freon leak, and it was awful. The smell was so bad it was incredibly difficult to sleep. We called the front desk and asked for a different room but the lady told us they didn't have anything available. Very early the next morning we asked again for a different room and without question we were given different room keys. The second room was better. Still not very clean, but at least it didn't smell like mildew and old urine. That smell was so bad my eyes were watering and now my husband is sick. There were hairs on the floor in the bathroom, and the floors were quite dirty. I understood the cricket issue since it's evidently cricket season. Anyway, the breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were ok. I think the nicest person we dealt with was the gentleman who checked us in and changed our rooms (same guy). The cleaning staff could definitely step it up. I clean on the side and I'm not entirely sure what the staff is doing other than making the entire place smell like pinesol or Mr Clean, but when your guests need to clean their own room, something is definitely wrong. The rooms could also use some updates. Neither of the bathroom fans worked and the tub filled up with water during showers. I'm really torn about this room because it's in a very accessible location, is in a relatively safe area, and at a reasonable cost. We may give it another try. I guess we will see.

The property is newish but apparently being amid fields brings in varmit. Place had a cricket infestation. Many many dead outside (insecticide?) but alive and scurrying inside. Killed 5 in bathroom when we entered. The room is tidy and cheery with frig and microwave but I did not sleep well. Chirping was loud. Ample hot breakfast.

This hotel was comfortable, clean, smelled good, spacious, everyone was extremely kind, and there was a lemon water tank in the lobby, which seems a small thing, but i was *so* grateful. I really enjoyed staying here!

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the interior, it had a wonderful smell from the initial entry. There was excess trash outside the parking lot. The building was immaculate.

The staff were very nice and friendly. My room had a sink drain that wouldn’t drain well, and the floor wasn’t the cleanest, but it was convenient and a comfy bed to sleep in for the night. The water pressure was also great.

We requested a mobility impaired room and we felt the staff went out of their way to accommodate us by giving us a first floor room that we could access through a side door we could park near. We also loved seeing deer in the evening in the field by the hotel.

The room we initially were given smelled like mold. The manager gave us a new room and said the smell was because it was raining outside. The new room he gave us smelled a little better. He was nice about it at least.
