Very pleasantly surprised by this reasonably priced hotel. Very clean and spacious room with daily cleaning and replenishment of water/coffee. Receptionist JoJo was very lovely and gave me a warm welcome. Would definitely like to stay here again when I return to Batam in the future.

There is a swimming pool which is rarely used. I went and realised that it has few safety issues. You can’t get into pool safely. The steps to get into the pool is narrow and slippery. Poor markings re depth. Appreciate if these are sorted as planning to come again next year

Excellent location for arriving on the ferry. The hotel is in great condition. Rooms are very comfortable. And staff are helpful and efficient.

I have a great stayed and fantastic view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. I would highly recommend to stayed in Harris Hotel Batam. Will stay in Harris Hotel again for my next visit.

Close to Ferry terminal
Batam center is not interesting. Harris Hotel is OK, close to the ferry terminal andopposite a large Shopping center. It has big rooms and a good pool. Restaurant is good, but relatively expensive.

Its a wonderful stayed in Harris Hotel. The sea view is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommended. I will come back again if I wanted to spend my holiday here.

check in and check out was fast. welcome drink. every staff we met were very welcoming and always with a smile. love the short performance the staff gives during breakfast. very entertaining. gives good impression of their working environment. breakfast food was surprisingly generous with lots of choice. only downside perhaps the management shld look into the small upgrading. door to the hotel unit and toilet shows sign of deterioration.

Didn't like having to walk through the dining room to access the gym and pool! Some decking boards around the pool felt unsafe when stepped on. Loved the welcome drink on check in and selection of different foods at breakfast, especially the Indonesian cruisine. Hotel is very walkable from the ferry terminal and Megamall. Overall a great stay!

Short getaway.
The stay was good. It could have been better. No welcome drink on arrival. Which was offered during our previous stays. Safe box was unserviceable. Electric kettle did not work properly. As this was not our first stay we felt that standard has dropped significantly.
