I was happy to be able to find a hotel that would allow me to bring my dogs. I was there for my fathers funeral. However the side enterence was full of garbage, the had a broken window. The driveway unkept, i realize it is winter but it was solid ice. The shower curtain was disgusting, the tub slimy, the bathroom mirror well i don't want to know what was on it. We had to ask for washcloths the room had none. I didn't see any family but above us definitely had someone running. Breakfast was two types of dry cereal and white bread and bagels. Hey the bed was comfy and the rooms heating system worked, once we turned it on In a pinch would i stay again. I would have to be really pinched

Lack of a bathmat and washcloths was inconvenient. Having to plug in the TV and microwave was confusing. No phone in the room, OK, everyone has mobile phones these days, but also no card in the room with the phone number to call if help was needed. Luckily I had asked at the desk and had it, because I had to call at 11 PM because of very noisy neighbors. They handled it quickly. Perhaps a “Quiet Hours” policy would be helpful.

Check-in felt like a staging area for a bordello. Rooms were dirty, smelled like bad food and there was a fight in the parking lot at 3:00AM that required police to intervene.

Found a bug on my bed not sure what it was all I see was a Little somewhat round dark color and now I have this bad allergy all over my body it itches and hurt at the same time. I’m on vacation in Canada and can’t go see a doctor so I have to wait till I get back to USA

The hotel was old and dirty. The stairs to our room were not clean at all. Our room was gross to say the least. They did not have a hot breakfast in the morning.

The room itself was fine, but every time I've checked into this hotel the woman who sometimes runs the front desk is rude and nosey. My partner and I cosplay sometimes for fun and she basically wouldn't check us in until she decided to stop asking us invasive questions. Really, is it that hard to just mind your own business? The man who runs the desk is very polite and doesn't do that. We won't be back, unfortunately.

You can tell the owners are trying to revive this once dead hotel, but it still needs a lot of work! Also, quiet hours were not respected and for 2 nights in a row, people were hanging out and playing loud music out of an old white van in the parking lot right outside our window. No one would ask them to quiet down.

It was adequate for a quick night's rest on a long road trip. Sheets has stains and there were many patch jobs in the room. The breakfast was very sparse with only a few options.

Overall disappointed and hotel did not come close to reviews. Smelled like cigarettes and fish. No toilet paper. Toilet did not flush. Sink did not drain. Stains and splatters all over walls. Bed had hair in it. Stick in window to hold it shut.

Not sure the food prep area would pass public health standards. Television service was difficult to obtain. Facility just seemed to be very stingy on service and facility maintenance.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room however was filthy and smelt horrible. We found bugs and there were cobwebs everywhere. The door wouldn't shut without having to slam it several times. The breakfast was aweful with barely any selections. My biggest consern was that the side door to the hotel remained unlocked allowing access to anyone wanting to enter. I did not feel comfortable with my stay nor did I feel safe. Lots of room for improvement. I won't be going back!
