This newly renovated large and private 2 Bedroom apartment is opposite Corrigans Beach in Batehaven and offers amazing views, free wifi, an easy and very short flat walk to local shops and has a pool for the warmer months.
The apartment is set on the ground floor of the complex, with uninterrupted water views, a large balcony and offers secure undercover parking for vehicles up to approximately 1797mm height. If you have a larger vehicle, off street parking is available directly opposite.
Within the newly renovated apartment you’ll find one queen bed, 2 single beds, 2 TVs, one in the living area, another in the bedroom, a washing machine and laundry.
The bathroom has a small window for ventilation however please note exhaust fans are not permitted due to the flat roof, we’ve combated this by providing floor to ceiling tiles
and we are working with or Strata to find a solution for an exhaust fan..
Linen is provided during your stay including bath towels. All you’ll need to bring is your beach towels.
Right opposite the apartment is Corrigan's beach, it is an excellent spot for a swim, is home to a huge walking track and is a popular spot for kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing fishing and most water sports. BBQ facilities are available in the park and it’s home to a Children's playground and bike track.
It’s an easy stroll to the local shops, you’ll find various takeaways, an IGA and very good local restaurants and cafes.
For more diverse dining, we recommend heading into Batemans Bay which is a short drive or walk , you’ll spot the Golf Club on the way and the Soldiers club , in town there’s an array of dining to choose , but if you choose to stay in, the kitchen is equipped ready for everything you’ll need to cook.
