The location was very central. Also was upgraded to a family room and loved pillows and duvet as they was so so comfortable. The Gym and the spa/pool was a plus. Overall great hotel and great customer service

Hotel is welcoming and modern, staff were friendly and helpful. Best parts pool and vegetarian food was amazing. Worst part steam room not open and sauna was not working properly. Manager was sympathetic and tried his hardest to sort. Highly recommend hotel

Unfortunately, we only had one day in Bath but the Apex is centrally located, clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Apex staff was very responsive when we contacted them before our arrival. They also went out of their way to ensure that a person with a disability had everything he needed.

Great stay
Perfect stay. Got a free upgrade (to a room with 2 beds) because of a wedding taking up lots of room, so it was great to have the extra space. All in great condition. Got a free round of drinks at the bar. Fantastic location for accessing everything Bath has to offer. Lovely staff. Didn’t take advantage of the pool or have breakfast there.

Stayed for one night for reunion with friends. Rooms was clean, comfortable and modern. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Only criticism was the room only had one tiny bar of soap. Arrived by train since hotel has no parking.

Our second stay here and apparently the hotel of choice for parents dropping off kids at uni. Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable and service is great. Will stay again

Modern, well located hotel. Very nice breakfast and hotel restaurant. Our room was spacious and attractive. Only complaint is that large tour groups staying there sometimes strained their capacity. On a rainy evening we wanted to go to the hotel restaurant but it was taken over by a group. When we then tried to order room service, that was not available either because the kitchen was overwhelmed.
