The staff were amazing. It was close enough we could walk into town. We had a great dinner & drinks. I would definitely stay here again. I love older buildings with character.

Excellent property and a lovely breakfast. We were in main building and bedroom was lovely unfortunately it was over a company off site so very noisy until late. Overhead Shower would only give Luke warm water despite plenty of hot water in taps and hand held shower. Room was beautiful and staff so helpful and nice

The Bailbrook is a stunning property, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff are excellent, very professional and helpful. Breakfast was probably one of the best i have had in a hotel. And parking was safe, convenient and free. The hotel is about a 30minute brisk walk to the north edge of Bath, near the Royal Crescent. Or, a short drive. But traffic in to Bath is busy on this road. Walk or take the bus. Thank you Bailbrook team for a great stay. We will be back.

Liked: very helpful receptionist. Dinner in Cloisters. Lots of parking, quiet, good location Didn’t like: room. Small, not in main house, but in a large ugly annexe with approx 75 others. So not ‘charming Georgian’ but ‘bog standard’ corporate.

This Stunning hotel surrounded in the most beautiful grounds was perfect for us.The staff were professional,knowledgeable and extremely friendly.The bedroom was spacious,clean and comfortable.Loads of free parking spaces.We enjoyed the restaurant and bar.lt was all so relaxing and delightful.We loved everything about Bailbrook House.We will definitely be returning.Special mention to the breakfast waiting staff they were amazing.

We found a property that met all our needs. The property is away from downtown Bath but not very far. It is very quiet, and relaxing . The room was very clean and nice size. Staff are wonderful! Restaurant in the hotel is excellent. We will stay here again.

Friendly and welcoming staff, good restaurant and excellent wine list, comfy bed and good room in the Main House. Let down a bit by breakfast in the newer section as it's much more crowded and less exclusive compared to the rest of Your stay in the Main House so felt like a more luxury evening experience and budget morning.

Bailbrook House - pleasant surprise!
Nice hotel, we were not in the mansion house but that was fine. Room quite dark so needed the lights on during the day. Room spotlessly clean, bed really comfortable. Staff very friendly and happy to support. Breakfast was fantastic! Amazing selection of food including cereals, fruit, smoothies, pastries, full English, menu to order including eggs Benedict. Fresh juice, Tea coffee, all unlimited. The tea / coffee and toast is brought to you by the waiting staff so this eliminated a lot of hanging about and meant there was never a queue to get food. Location around 2.2 miles from Bath City Centre - nice walk into Bath but a bit challenging on the way back. We used Uber which was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again, we wasn’t in the room long enough but if you planned on spending time in your room then I would definitely upgrade.
